With more than 20 years working and volunteering in nonprofits and foundations, Nancy Wiltsek brings substantive experience, well honed skills, a strong work ethic, discretion, and integrity to all aspects of the grantmaking process, foundation administration, and other activities related to nonprofit management and philanthropic practice.
Philosophy
Given the opportunity and guidance to be thoughtful and intentional, individual donors, families, and foundations can achieve a sense of purpose and find meaning in their philanthropic endeavors. Meaningful philanthropy happens when both the heart and the head are engaged, when there is balance between passion and intention, when relationship and connection are as important as impact and accountability. WHY and HOW one does this work is as important as WHAT the work is. The goal is to work at the intersection of heart and head. The result is philanthropy that matters.
Nancy Wiltsek, MNA is a strategic thinker and results-oriented nonprofit professional who has worked with individual donors, families, and foundations since 1991. Her personal and professional experience, coupled with her academic background, creates a distinctive set of skills that enables and supports clients to be thoughtful about their giving and to articulate and realize their goals.
